Question 1

What's inside the Ultimate Beard Kit?

Accepted Answer

Five beard care products in one scent: Beard Wash (4 oz), Beard Conditioner (4 oz), Beard Lotion (4 oz), Beard Balm (1 oz) and Beard Oil (1 oz). Kits come in Bay Rum, Bergamot and Cedar, Cedarwood Blend, Gentlemen's Bourbon, Sandalwood, Sweet Tobacco and Unscented.

Question 2

How long does it last?

Accepted Answer

he 4 oz wash, conditioner and lotion each give about half the uses of our 8 oz bottles, roughly 50 uses with a nickel-sized amount. The 1 oz balm gives about 60 uses with a dime-sized scoop. The 1 oz oil holds about 300 sprays, which is about 5 months for a short beard at 2 sprays a day and about 1.5 months for a long beard at 6 sprays a day.

Question 3

Why choose the Ultimate Beard Kit?

Accepted Answer

It covers the full routine: cleanse, condition, hydrate, soften and tame flyaways. It helps reduce itch, dryness, frizz and beardruff, and every product is in a matching scent. Key ingredients include shea butter, aloe vera and vitamin E, plus argan, avocado and rosehip oils.

Question 4

In what order should I use the kit, and how often?

Accepted Answer

In the shower, use beard wash, then beard conditioner (leave it 1–2 minutes, then rinse): about 3 times a week for light use, or daily when work or the outdoors leaves your beard needing a clean. After the shower, apply beard oil for itch and the skin underneath, then balm to soften and tame flyaways, as needed. Use beard lotion anytime during the day to soften, hydrate and add a bit of scent.

Question 5

Is the Ultimate Beard Kit a good gift?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It's a complete beard care gift set in one scent, built for guys just getting started with a beard or dialing in their routine. There's also an Unscented kit if you're not sure which scent he'd like.

Question 6

When will my order ship, arrive, and is shipping free?

Accepted Answer

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and ship from Knoxville, TN, by USPS Ground Advantage for most orders and UPS Ground for larger ones. Most continental US orders arrive in about 4–7 business days, while Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories take longer. Orders over $50 ship free, and you'll get an email with tracking when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
