Customization Request Form
This page is for customers and businesses who would like to request The Man Brand products outside of our standard ordering options. Special requests may include larger personal-use sizes, business-only wholesale requests, or other product options that are not currently available through our regular online store or wholesale catalog.
Before submitting a request, please review the Business Use, Personal Use, and Limitations sections below. Not every request can be approved, and all requests are reviewed based on product availability, scent availability, production schedule, minimum order requirements, and payment approval.
Customers who want larger sizes of The Man Brand products they are already ordering may make a special request. Personal-use requests may include bottles up to 20 oz for eligible liquid products and 2 oz tins for wax-based products like beard balm or solid cologne. These requests must meet a $100 minimum order and must fit within our normal production schedule. When possible, we’ll make the larger size at the same time we produce the regular version of that product and scent.
As a reminder, beard oils, beard balms, solid colognes, and deodorants are available in our standard 4 for $25 offer, which may be the best option for smaller personal orders.
Custom scent requests will not be accepted for personal use.
Businesses should use this request for The Man Brand products that may be available to consumers but are not currently listed for standard wholesale ordering. This may include existing beard care products in 8 oz sizes and existing hair and body care products in 12 oz sizes.
Whenever possible, approved wholesale special requests will be added to our normal production schedule. This allows us to produce the requested items without pulling from inventory already planned for consumer sales.
Businesses may also request larger sizes of beard oil, beard balm, or solid cologne. These requests may require higher minimum order quantities depending on the product, scent, packaging, and production requirements.
Custom scent requests may be considered for business customers only and will require significantly higher minimum order quantities.
All special requests are reviewed case by case and must be paid in full before production begins.
We’ll do our best to accommodate special requests when possible, but we can’t promise every request can be fulfilled. We must already be producing that type of product and have the requested scent available in-house.
