However, product images, colors, packaging, labels, and appearance may vary slightly due to device settings, photography, production batches, ingredient availability, packaging updates, or supplier changes.
Fragrance is personal and may smell different from person to person based on body chemistry, application amount, environment, and personal preference. We do not guarantee that a product scent, appearance, strength, or performance will meet every individual expectation.
Product descriptions, ingredients, packaging, scent notes, sizes, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, update packaging, modify formulas, or refuse sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
Section 3 — Personal Care Product Notice
Our products are personal care and grooming products. They are intended for external use only unless otherwise clearly stated.
You agree to use our products only as directed. Do not use products on broken, irritated, or sensitive skin. Avoid contact with eyes unless the product is specifically intended for that area. Discontinue use if irritation, redness, discomfort, or an allergic reaction occurs.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted, processed, or shipped.
If we cancel, modify, or decline an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at checkout.
You agree that purchases made through our website are for personal or household use only unless you are purchasing through an approved wholesale or retailer account. Products may not be purchased for unauthorized resale, export, marketplace resale, or commercial redistribution without our written approval.
Section 5 — Pricing, Promotions, and Billing
Prices, discounts, shipping rates, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and shown in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges.
We may offer promotions, coupon codes, bundle discounts, free gifts, limited-time offers, or other special pricing. Promotions may have separate terms, exclusions, quantity limits, expiration dates, or eligibility rules. If there is a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will apply.
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, discounts, product descriptions, shipping charges, or availability at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If an error affects your order, we may cancel the order or contact you for instructions.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and account information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.
Section 6 — Subscriptions and Recurring Billing
Some products may be offered as subscriptions, auto-renewals, or recurring purchases.
By purchasing a subscription product, you authorize us and our third-party payment or subscription providers to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency, price, and terms shown at the time of checkout, plus applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.
Subscription details, including product selection, billing frequency, renewal date, shipping frequency, price, and cancellation options, will be provided during checkout or through your customer account or subscription portal.
You are responsible for keeping your payment method, billing information, shipping address, and contact information current. We are not responsible for subscription orders shipped to an outdated, incorrect, or incomplete address provided by the customer.
You may cancel, pause, skip, or modify your subscription through the available subscription portal or by contacting us at info@themanbrand.shop. Changes must be made before the subscription renewal order is processed. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it may be subject to our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.
Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically cancel or refund orders that have already been processed, shipped, or fulfilled.
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue subscription offerings, pricing, discounts, shipping rates, or product availability. If a material change affects your active subscription, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
Failed payments may result in skipped shipments, delayed orders, retry attempts, subscription cancellation, or account suspension.
Section 7 — Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.
All delivery dates, shipping times, and carrier estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, holidays, high order volume, or events outside of our control.
We primarily ship smaller orders using USPS Ground Advantage. Larger orders may ship through UPS or another available carrier depending on package size, weight, destination, and Shopify shipping calculations. Orders are processed and shipped through ShipStation.
Individual deodorants, solid colognes, beard oils, and beard balms may be eligible for $2 shipping when purchased individually, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Larger orders, bundles, kits, multi-item purchases, wholesale orders, and subscription orders may have different shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Free economy shipping may be available on eligible orders over $50 after discounts and before taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. Risk of loss may pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Section 8 — Returns, Refunds, Satisfaction Guarantee, and Scent Swaps
Returns, refunds, exchanges, return shipping, restocking fees, satisfaction-guarantee claims, and scent swaps are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
We offer a 30-day return policy and a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee subject to the conditions and limitations stated in our Return Policy.
Approved regular returns of unused, unopened items may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, missing fragrance, or the wrong item was received. If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a product quality issue.
Because fragrance is personal, customers are encouraged to try sample sets before purchasing full-size scented products. Scent preference issues are handled according to our Scent Preference Policy. We may offer one free scent swap per customer for eligible scent preference issues.
The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to a maximum of two approved satisfaction-guarantee claims per customer. We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, exchanges, or guarantee claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or inconsistent with the purpose of the policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
Section 9 — Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing-Fragrance Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If your item is defective, damaged, missing fragrance, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@themanbrand.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right according to our Return Policy, Refund Policy, and applicable law.
Product quality issues are handled separately from scent preference issues.
Section 10 — Wholesale and Retailer Accounts
Approved retailers or wholesale customers may receive access to wholesale pricing, retailer shipping options, local delivery options, or other business terms.
Wholesale and retailer orders may be subject to separate terms, minimum order requirements, shipping rules, return restrictions, pricing rules, and account approval requirements.
Wholesale pricing is intended only for approved retailers and may not be shared, transferred, or used by unauthorized parties.
We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate wholesale or retailer access at our discretion.
Section 11 — Intellectual Property
Our website, products, branding, logos, names, slogans, graphics, images, videos, text, product descriptions, labels, packaging designs, icons, reviews, digital content, and other materials are owned by The Man Brand, its affiliates, licensors, or content providers and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
