All orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email, excluding weekends, holidays, and weather-related delays.

Orders may be processed and shipped in weekly batches depending on production schedule, order volume, and product availability. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All orders are processed and shipped through ShipStation.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated by Shopify and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method selected, order size, package weight, and destination.

For smaller orders, we typically ship using USPS Ground Advantage. Larger orders may ship through UPS or another available carrier depending on Shipstation's shipping calculations, package size, weight, destination, and available shipping options.

$2 Shipping on Select Individual Items

Individual deodorants, solid colognes, beard oils, and beard balms are eligible for $2 shipping when purchased individually, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping rates for larger orders, bundles, kits, multi-item purchases, wholesale orders, or subscription orders may vary and will be calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer free economy shipping on all orders over $50.

Free shipping applies to eligible orders after discounts and before taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Subscription Shipping

Subscription orders are processed and shipped according to the selected subscription schedule.

Shipping rates for subscription orders are calculated for each delivery based on the shipping policy at the time of the charge and may vary depending on the products included, order value, package weight, destination, and available shipping methods.

If a subscription order qualifies for free shipping or a promotional shipping rate, that rate will be shown at checkout or applied according to the terms of the subscription offer.

Customers are responsible for keeping their subscription shipping address current. The Man Brand is not responsible for subscription orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number.

Please allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@themanbrand.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

The Man Brand is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, outdated, or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or other shipping issues outside of our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your household, neighbors, building management, or local carrier office.

The Man Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you locate the shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@themanbrand.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged package and item. We will evaluate the issue and help make it right.

Retailers

Registered retailers may have the option to use their own shipping accounts. The shipping account information must be entered into the appropriate fields at checkout.

We may also offer reduced local delivery rates for regular retailers. To register for wholesale pricing, contact us at info@themanbrand.shop.

International Shipping

At this time, we offer shipping to limited international regions outside the United States. International shipping may be offered through DHL, UPS, USPS, or another available carrier.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout unless clearly stated.

International shipping times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, and destination country requirements.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is handled according to our Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, missing fragrance, or the wrong item was received. If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a product quality issue.
