Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We want you to love your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can help make it right.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, missing fragrance, or the wrong item was received.

If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a product quality issue.

Regular Returns

To be eligible for a regular return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Approved regular returns of unused, unopened items are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, the item must be returned with the unused portion and proof of purchase. Empty or nearly empty products are not eligible for a refund.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to a maximum of two approved satisfaction-guarantee claims per customer. This limit helps us keep the guarantee fair and prevent abuse.

The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from The Man Brand and does not apply to wholesale orders, gift cards, final sale items, free promotional items, or unauthorized resale purchases.

Scent Preference Policy

Fragrance is personal, and we understand that not every scent will be the perfect fit for every customer. We recommend trying one of our sample sets before purchasing full-size scented products.

If you purchase a full-size scented product and simply do not like the scent, we offer one free scent swap per customer. After the first scent swap, additional scent-preference returns or exchanges may not be accepted.

A scent preference issue means the product has a noticeable scent, but the customer personally does not like the fragrance. Scent preference does not include defective, damaged, incorrect, or fragrance-missing products.

Scent swaps are intended to help customers find a better fit, not to repeatedly try multiple full-size scents. We reserve the right to limit or deny additional scent-related returns or exchanges after the first approved scent swap.

Fragrance Missing or Product Quality Issues

If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or appears to have little to no fragrance, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

These issues are handled separately from scent preference swaps and are not considered part of the one-time scent swap limit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing fragrance, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products, special orders, personalized items, gift cards, final sale items, free promotional items, and wholesale orders.

Due to the nature of personal care products, opened, used, or partially used items are not eligible for a regular return unless they qualify under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or there is a product quality issue.

If a returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, the refund may be denied.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For scent preference issues, customers are eligible for one free scent swap per customer as outlined in our Scent Preference Policy.

Restocking Fee

Approved regular returns of unused, unopened items are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

The restocking fee does not apply to defective, damaged, incorrect items, fragrance-missing items, eligible satisfaction-guarantee returns, or the first approved scent-preference swap.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or denied.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Approved regular returns may have a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
